    Please note that manuscript can only be submitted by an author of the manuscript and may not be submitted by a third party. 

Submit manuscript

Criteria

Rapid communications are suitable for the presentation of research that extends previously published research, including the reporting of additional controls and confirmatory results in other settings, as well as negative results, small-scale clinical studies, clinical audits and case series. Authors must clearly acknowledge any work upon which they are building, both published and unpublished.

As a result of the significant disruption that is being caused by the COVID-19 pandemic we are very aware that many researchers will have difficulty in meeting the timelines associated with our usual peer review process. We thank referees for their continued support in these challenging times and ask authors for their patience and understanding.
