LDLc and HDLc regulate glycolytic function, mitochondrial respiration, and ATP production in colon cancer cells. HCT-116/ HCT-15 cells were pre-treated with 50 μg/ml LDLc/HDLc for 12 h in 1% FBS-containing media followed by the analysis of various metabolic parameters in the presence of 50 μg/ml LDLc/HDLc through XeF24 seahorse analyzer.
