Immunofluorescence detection of CA IX in transfected C33-a CA IX cells. The cells were grown to confluence and incubated with representative monoclonal antibodies in different conditions then fixed by methanol followed by incubation with anti-human Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated antibody. Both antibodies revealed plasma membrane CA IX-specific staining. Scale bar = 20 μm
