CEST spectra of the Yb3 complex (10 mM) containing 3353T3 cancer cell-cultured media which were obtained via incubation cells with 5 mM methylglyoxal (MG) in DMEM basal media (4 h at 37°C, pH ~ 7.0). The CEST peak at 165 ppm reflects d-lactate while the peak at 154 ppm reflects l-lactate in each cell line.
