Boxplot of GP3 vs. GP4 expression for various genes. Notched boxplots for the eight genes, after FOXO1, which were found to be differentially expressed. For these genes, the p value found in both a parametric (Welch t test) and non-parametric (Mann-Whitney U test) were less than 0.05, indicating that both the means and medians differentiated between GP3 and GP4. The symbols and notation used in these plots are the same as that employed in Fig. 1
