  1. Experiments with [1,2-13C] glucose were conducted as detailed in Table 1. 13C 3-phosphoglycerate (3PG) labeling was determined from Model 1 results (Table 1). Relative isotopomer contents (not shown) were used to assess relative folate cycle fluxes (Table 2) to account for the difference between 3PG and serine labeling.
