PDK1 levels are increased upon OSM stimulation under normoxia in PH5CH8 non-neoplastic hepatocytes. PH5CH8 cells were treated with OSM (50 ng/ml), hypoxia (1 % O2), or a combinatorial treatment for the indicated periods of time. a Quantitative RT-PCR of PDK1 and PDP2 mRNA.
