Genes were selected to show at least two-fold difference in expression after combined silencing of SREBP1 and SREBP2 compared to control transfected cells or cells transfected with either SREBP1 or SREBP2 targeting siRNAs. Values represent fold-change relative to control-transfected cells treated with ethanol (EtOH) or 4-hydroxytamoxifen (4-OHT), respectively, and are the results of three independent experiments.
