STEAP4 levels were negatively correlated with PI3K/AKT pathway activity in clinic specimens. a Q-PCR analysis of BCL2, XIAP, BIRC5, BCL2A1, and BCL2L1 expression in HCC tissues, Western blot analysis of STEAP4, AKT, and p-AKT expression in HCC tissues. GAPDH was used as the loading control. Statistical analysis of the correlation of p-AKT expression and STEAP4 expression. Bars represent the mean ± SD of three independent experiments
